By accessing GetGoingFast.pro, creating an account, buying a membership, using support threads, or following guidance provided by Cognibuild LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site, memberships, support services, or materials.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you use, the security of your password, and activity under your account. Member access is tied to the membership tier, payment status, and expiration date recorded for that account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, misuse of support, violation of these Terms, or security risk.
Paid memberships are recurring subscriptions processed by Stripe. The current paid tiers are Prairie Dog, Farm Hand, Rancher, and Gunslinger. Depending on what Stripe Checkout offers and what you select, billing may be monthly or yearly. Unless you cancel before renewal, Stripe will automatically charge the payment method on file at the price and billing interval shown during checkout.
Before you enter payment information, the checkout flow identifies the tier, price, billing interval, and recurring nature of the membership. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel or the subscription otherwise ends.
Paid members may be able to change between paid tiers from the member dashboard. Upgrades may be prorated and charged by Stripe. Downgrades do not create automatic refunds or credits. Yearly memberships are treated as prepaid; automatic tier changes may be limited or unavailable, and support may need to handle yearly tier changes manually.
You may cancel a paid membership online from the member dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, access remains active through the paid billing period and then changes according to the account's remaining eligibility. If cancellation does not work, contact [email protected] and include the account email.
Gift memberships are one-time purchases for one month of Farm Hand access for the recipient email entered at checkout. Gift memberships do not automatically renew. The recipient must claim the gift and create a password to use the account. The buyer is responsible for entering the correct recipient email.
Some tiers include monthly scheduled support time. Included support time is a membership benefit, has no cash value, does not roll over unless we expressly say otherwise, and may be subject to availability. Support is best-effort troubleshooting and guidance; it is not a guarantee that any software, model, workflow, third-party tool, driver, hardware, or operating system problem can be fixed.
The site provides setup guidance, curated instructions, tutorials, and links to open source or third-party software. Our contribution is generally instruction, curation, troubleshooting, and community support. Third-party tools remain governed by their own licenses and terms.
You are responsible for reviewing what you run, backing up important data, complying with licenses, and using the tools lawfully and ethically. Software and instructions may change system settings, install dependencies, download third-party files, consume bandwidth, require GPU resources, or fail on some systems.

Get Going Fast is intended as a general-audience, family-friendly AI education and workflow site. It is not an adult-content site and is not intended for pornography, sexual exploitation, or sexually explicit services.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Cognibuild LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use site-provided materials for personal or internal single-user use. You may not redistribute member-only files, bypass access controls, share account credentials, scrape protected content, resell the membership library, or use the site to attack, overload, or reverse engineer protected systems.
Digital download purchases, support-time purchases, and paid membership periods are generally final once fulfilled, except where required by law or expressly approved by us. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or cannot be verified with Stripe, related downloads may remain visible as purchase history but will not unlock a fresh download link. If a membership refund is approved manually through Stripe, related member access may be adjusted manually by support.

Transactional emails may be sent for account access, purchases, login links, receipts, support, cancellation, and security. Marketing emails, if used, must include a way to opt out. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary account or transaction messages.
GetGoingFast.pro is a general-audience site and is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 13.
The site, memberships, materials, support, and instructions are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cognibuild LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, system-damage, or business-interruption damages arising from your use of the site, materials, memberships, support, or third-party tools.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cognibuild LLC from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the site, materials, instructions, support, or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or membership after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Idaho law, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
